Custom Renovation – Upper Montclair, NJ
The project was to customize the house to the owners’ specific needs and life style including a gourmet kitchen and wine cellar, an artist’s space and a new, bright office. The primary objective was the creation of the unique efficient office space, a much larger easy-to-use friendly kitchen, an accessible art studio space and overall MORE SUNLIGHT!
The addition includes new custom/gourmet kitchen, breakfast/sunroom, artist’s studio and an office. The other work performed was a hall bathroom renovation, and a magnificent (5,000 bottle) wine cellar with state of the art refrigeration system.
