    A complete renovation of the first floor included a new kitchen with state of the art appliances and adjacent sitting room with custom cabinetry fabricated and installed in both areas, renovated bathrooms and bedrooms.

    The new second floor addition accommodates a master bedroom suite with balcony, walk-in his and her closets, dressing room and a library. Special features of the spacious master bath include sunken tub, walk in shower, heated floors and double sinks.

  • Goals Realized

    A 1953 ranch was transformed into a multi-gabled two-story residence.  Construction required removing the roof to accommodate the second level, relocating beams and installation of steel supports.
