Custom Home – Upper Montclair, NJ
This project in Montclair entailed the demolition of a mid-20th century ranch on an existing corner lot and construction of a new 8 bedroom, 9 bath custom home.
The residence features state of the art kitchen, library, home theater and a gym. The elegant exterior is a mix of traditional clapboard and stone. Construction was completed on schedule and on budget.
