I have been a loyal client of Jack Finn & Co. for 29 years. They have been our general contractors for over twenty projects including complex repurposing of century old buildings, gut renovations of luxury residential homes and renovations of complex commercial and residential spaces.

The secret sauce with dealing with JFCO is their integrity, transparency and adherence to schedule. When we are doing a major project, we need a partner that can adhere to our exacting quality standards as well as meet our tight timeframes. JFCO has exceeded our expectations every time.

Other local builders may appear less expensive at the bidding phase / start of a project, but they usually do not end up that way. As we get ready to paint, I told both John and Dennis today that we couldn’t be happier with their work and the craftsmanship that’s gone into the trim and cabinetry installation. Regardless of how much work went into what’s behind the walls and ceilings, what we’ll see every day is the finishes. I know trim can go up super fast and shoddy, and I appreciate that you have an excellent team who does really precise installations.
